If you want Windows 11 before the official release date (October 5, 2021), then you need to sign up for the Windows insider program, which is basically the beta program for Windows devices. This opt-in can be found under Settings --> Update and Security --> Windows Insider Program --> Get Started. I recommend signing up with your personal email. If you need any more help, just reach out.
